Question

I need to file my back taxes for 2014. Can I do this through TurboTax? Are you able to help me with this?

No ... only 2015 thru 2018 are supported at this time.   It is too late to file a 2014 return for a refund if that is what you are doing but if you owe you must file and pay.  Get the forms from the IRS & state web sites, fill them in & ink sign them them put them in the mail.

Don’t forget your state.  And you will have to print and mail your returns.  So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
