Question

I need to file my taxes but have misplaced my child’s ssn. Does turbo tax keep up with that from previous years or do i have to apply for a new ss card and wait for that before filing?

If you filed a previous return and claimed your child(ren) as a dependent, then their SSN's are listed on the past year tax return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
