If it's been at least 24 hours since your return was accepted, you can track your refund on the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

The IRS issues refunds within 21 days.  If it's been more than 21 days since your return was accepted, we suggest contacting the IRS directly to inquire about your refund.  Go here for tips on reaching a live IRS agent when you call.

If the IRS has already issued your refund, keep in mind, "It takes additional time for refunds to be processed after leaving the IRS, and for financial institutions to accept and deposit them to bank accounts and products like debit cards. Also, many financial institutions do not process payments on weekends or holidays, which can affect when refunds reach taxpayers."
