It depends. Assuming you need to update your personal information, log back into TurboTax. On the black panel on the left, select My Info Select Edit to the right of your name You will be able to edit your personal information in this section as well as change your filing status, adding your spouse's information, etc in this section

I need to update my info but I already accidentally put that I don’t have anything to update. How do I go back to update it ?

It depends.
