I never filed my state return from 2021, but did file federal. I meant to log in and do state later but forgot. How do I file state with turbo tax 3 years late for state?

The only way to prepare a 2021 return is to use the desktop download on a full PC or Mac now. You cannot use online software for a 2021 return. You can download the software and then file the state by mail---e-filing is closed for past year returns.
