I never got my 1400 stim check and i dont remember seeing it as an option when I filed my taxes..when will i get it? Im getting really frustrated???

If you're referring to the third stimulus payment (EIP3), that is not part of the Recovery Rebate Credit on a 2020 Federal return.   The 2020 Recovery Rebate Credit on a 2020 tax return is only for reconciling EIP1 (stimulus 1) and EIP2 (stimulus 2).   Did you get your full amount for Stimulus 1 and 2?  Did you answer the questions in your 2020 return about the EIP1 and EIP2, i.e., the Recovery Rebate Credit questions, to see if you already got the full amounts for those first 2 payments, or if you qualified for additional EIP1 and EIP2?

The IRS website says:

"The third round of Economic Impact Payments are being sent in phases. If you haven’t received one yet, it doesn’t mean you won’t."

"Find out when your third Economic Impact Payment is scheduled to be sent, or when and how we sent it with the Get My Payment application."
