Do you mean a tax refund?  A 2018 Federal refund, state refund, or both?   We can tell you how to do the detective work.

Was it prepared with Online TurboTax?   If so, did you file by efile, or was it printed and mailed to the IRS in postal mail?

First make sure it was successfully filed.  If prepared in Online TurboTax, log into your online account.  At the Tax Home scroll down to the section Your Tax Returns & Documents.  Expand that section and choose tax year 2018.   What is showing there for the 2018 Federal return (and state, if applicable)?   What term is used--does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
