Question

I never received my turbo card but when I call to report it, it accepts my social and my zip code but not my birthday?

What format are you using for your DOB? Are you putting the month day and year? If your bday is wrong, please contact customer support so they can correct it.

Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.
