I never received my Turbo Prepaid Visa card for my state return and its been almost a month. I believe I chose that method but I am not sure after calling the help line.

I filed about a month ago, was supposed to receive a prepaid card in the mail within 5-10 business days but never received it and it will be 30 days since I filed in about 3 days. The card was supposed to be for my state return and I have already received my federal return. I was wondering if I even chose that option in the first place because now I'm beginning to second guess it. Is there any way to check what method I chose? Also when I call the support number for the Turbo PrePaid Visa and choose to report a card never received, after entering SSN, ZIP, and DOB it says my entry is invalid. I know that my state didn't start processing returns until recently so I am not expecting my funds for at least another week, however I am concerned in that I haven't received the prepaid card I signed up for or that it was possibly stolen from my mailbox or sent to the wrong address. Thank you!

Your direct deposit information will be located at the bottom of your 1040 under the Refund section. You can see if there is an account number there. If there isn't, you will be receiving a paper check. You'll need to download/print your return to look at it. Please follow the instructions below.

First, log into your account.  
  1. Once inside, scroll down to the bottom of the screen  

  2. On the section, Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  

  3. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)


You can also use the account number from your 1040, if it's there, to report your card lost or stolen.

If you need to look up your e-file status for your state, to verify whether you e-filed, click the link here and input your information. https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
