I still cannot get through to a live agent no matter what I press and I need my card to access that money. Can anyone help?

Try this:

 

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2 for cards never received, enter SS# when prompted and continue following the instructions.

  You can contact customer service. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169.

 

Follow the steps below. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

 

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

hello I never received my card by mail is there anyway i can get another card please email me at [email address removed]

Please contact customer service by clicking here, they will be able to get you a new card sent out in the mail.

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

I checked the IRS app today, and they notified me my refund was applied 4-10-2020. However I never received my turbo credit card. Please help

Your Turbo Prepaid card should have arrived in the mail within 5-10 business days after filing. If it has been longer than 5-10 business days, please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169. You can also report your card lost or stolen through this link.

If you need to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the direct deposit information.

TurboTax does not get any information about refund status. You must check the status yourself using the IRS refund tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
