I never received payment for my 2017 taxes nor did i receive the greendot card it was suppose to be on. how do i located this (floating money)?

2017? When did you file your 2017 return? And how did you file it? Did you e-file it before the deadline in 2018 or did you file it by mail sometime after that? If you filed by mail, it had to be mailed before the deadline in 2021.
