I notice that I didn't receive a refund on my 2018 and 2017 taxes return (filled at college clinic). My bank information is correct and I selected dir. deposit. Thanks

You can go online and see if the IRS has a record of your return by requesting a copy of your transcripts.

You can also try checking your account using the link below.

If you see your returns there, you may need to contact the IRS. But you may need to a wait a few weeks as the IRS operations are currently limited.
