Question

I only went to turbo tax for a quote and know they are assuming I filed how to back out so I can file through someone else

As long as you have not clicked that big orange button that says "Transmit my return now"  you have not e-filed.

 

If you want to abandon the account/return on TurboTax and go somewhere else you can do that.
