Question

I originally asked Turbo Tax to apply my refund to next year's return. I've changed my mind but can't change in on my return. Where do I go to change that choice?

The IRS will start processing returns on Feb 12. Until then TurboTax will hold your pending e-filed return. Pending returns can not be changed. If the return is accepted you will get an email. If the return is rejected the e-mail will tell you what to correct and you can make changes before

e-filing again. Refunds applied to estimate payments can not be changed.

This doesn't answer my question at all, and it makes a rather poor assumption that I've already filed my return. Please reread the question and answer it.
