Question

I paid $110 to e-file my Federal Tax and State Tax but finally it failed. I had to choose mail file. I think I should be refund since I did not receive this service

I can also use the free version to file by mail. I choose to pay for e-file because I think it is worth the money.

If you can not guarantee please remind me before my payment.

I was advised by my friend to use turbotax because you can e-file which makes the return much faster.

Actually It was quite disappointing when you paid money without making anything simpler!

There is no fee to efile. Efiling is free and included. You must have needed to upgrade for another reason.

Check your emails. It says why it Rejected. A common reason is for the wrong 2018 AGI.

If your spouse died during 2019 there is a problem efiling and you will have to mail your return

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
