I paid for an extension through your website last year now your website is not letting me finish it...

2017 tax returns were due October 15, 2018. TurboTax Online only handles the current year.

I paid for my extension through you guys.  I was told that I have past Oct 15th 2018 to file as long as I paid more than I know I needed.  You have not answered my question nor helped me.  I need to file this.  How do i do it?
