I paid for the 5 day sooner guarantee but my tax day on transcript is 24 so why do I not have my taxes

You should get an email from TurboTax when your refund is on its way. If you don't receive your refund by the end of today, you will get a follow-up email from TurboTax telling you why they weren't able to deposit your funds on time, and you will get a refund of the $25 fee if you were charged.

So what would be considered end of day? I havent received a email from TurboTax saying they are even on the way.

TurboTax business hours are until 9 PM PST.
