I paid to efile my 2020 state tax return but decided to mail in my state return instead. How do I request for a credit to my charge card for the $25 + tax?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

The state fee is for using the software to file the return, whether or not it is electronically filed. However, for TurboTax Deluxe CD/Download or higher, there is one free state included.
