Question

I paper filed my tax refund March this year, why I still cannot find status on the IRS website?

The IRS is behind in opening returns, so it is probably sitting in a mailroom somewhere.  It would have been best to send you return by certified mail so you would have known it was received.  But don't attempt to send another copy.  That can put things much further behind.  All you can do not is wait for the return to be opened and processed.  There are millions in the same situation.

Call the IRS. If you filed paper via US Mail there is nothing TT can tell you.
