I prepare my tax refund with Turbo tax, and my account was closed, the IRS dont have my money back to proceed to sendme a check. IRS inform "turbo tax has your money"

TurboTax never gets a refund however, if you had your TurboTax fees paid from your federal refund, the bank that performs this service would get the deposit declined by a bank due to a closed account. The bank (SBTPG) would then issue a paper check and mail it to you at the address on your tax return.
