Question

I rec'd a 4464c form on Feb 23rd and haven't heard anything else. It didn't have a date when this review process would be completed, but I'm concerned. what should i do?

It can be stressful and concerning when you receive any communication from the IRS. You can call the IRS and ask them if they can tell you what date you need to start the 45 day mark on. If you receive more correspondence from the IRS and they ask you for any kind of documentation, please provide it in a timely manner so it does not slow down the review process further.

At the end of the review you will get a letter with their findings and any adjustments they made to your return
