I received a 1099-DIV after i filed my taxes, can i file it next year?

Its coming out to be $4 due to State taxes. Is that something i can file with my next years taxes instead of amending this year?

It will need to go on this year's return. Since you have already e-filed or mailed the return, you will need to wait until the IRS has accepted that return. Once they accept it and you have received your refund, then you can amend the return to add that additional 1099-DIV. If it gets rejected, you can just make the needed changes and file again.
