Question

I received a confirmation for an auto purchase of 2018 home and biz that i tried to cancel last week. I need to cancel and get refund. Please help.

The reason for canceling is that i am looking to purchase the pro series software and will not need this product.

That would be for the 2017 program we file in 2018.

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.

Key dates for Advantage:
11/13/17 - Downloads are added to all the customer's account, regardless if they're CD or Download customers.
11/13/17 to 11/14/17 - CD orders will begin to ship.
11/27/17 - Expected in-home delivery date for CDs
