I was sent a letter also on feb.9th and faxed it back on the 10th. Wmr says still processing no bars. I was able to order my transcript. What to do now SMH.

Faxed documents on 2/13
Followed up to confirm they received the faxes on 2/15
Called yesterday (3/1) to see if there was any update (as it still says 'it is processing' on the WMR site), the IRS rep said he couldn't tell if it was looked at or anything. He said when you fax in the items, your return then gets processed as a paper return. He said it can take up to 6 weeks. UGH!

I faxed my letter back in feb 11th. Still no bars. But its been 3 weeks, i check it daily. Wish they would process these faster

Good news checked wmr this morning got a ddd for 3/8. So it takes like 21 days. You should get a date tomorrow. Good luck this been a long a stressful wait!!!

I efiled on 1/27, WMR showed accepted on 1/29. The status bars disappeared on 2/15 and the message said return still being processed, with no tax topic, no refund amount on the left side. I received letter 12c on 2/22 and faxed it back on 2/23. On 3/3, WMR says still being processed with tax topic 152. I read on another thread that one person received their refund about a week after the tax topic changed and they were able to get further info by calling the tax advocate. Can't seem to find that thread or the number but I plan on calling tomorrow to get more info. Hopefully it won't be the full 6-8 weeks...

Last year I had the same problem and they litterly sent it a week later idk about this year if it's going to be the same I filled 2/7 called after the 21 days they said they sent a letter telling me to send 8962 and 1095 a a copy I didn't get a letter until about a day after I faxed it a week ago and no bars or nothing on where's my refund just yet.
