I received a second W-2 from my employer with a different amount for my employer health insurance coverage. Do I need to amend my return because of this?

No.  You only need to amend your return if the change will affect your tax liability or refund.

The amount of your employer health insurance coverage does not affect tax liability, as the value of the employer contribution continues to be excludible from your income and is not taxable.  This reporting is for informational purposes only, to show employees the value of their health care benefits.
