Question

I received an acceptance email when I filed my return on 2/15. But the IRS site says they don't have a record of it. Why?

If you checked your status in TurboTax online that it has been accepted and cannot find any information at the IRS Where's My Refund? site after it has been accepted for 24 hours then please see What is the TurboTax phone number? to get more detailed help with your issue.

I sat on hold for an hour and a half then hung up. I'm done with Turbo Tax. The service is not what it once was.
