I received an order confirmation without having confirmed filing. Have my taxes been filed? If so, how do I cancel this, as it was done without my consent?

An order confirmation e-mail does not mean that you return has been filed. You would have received this e-mail after you paid your TurboTax fees.

To confirm that you have not filed, go to Where's My Refund? at IRS.gov and check the status of your return.

Or go to our e-file status lookup tool to get your current status (pending, accepted, or rejected).

Your status is also prominently displayed when you sign in to TurboTax Online.
