Question

I received error code R0000-503-02, but there is no "Fix my return" button when I log in. I've tried signing in and out, but it wont work. How do I amend the return?

You do not amend a tax return that has not been filed and accepted by the IRS.  You fix the error that caused the rejection.  If the IRS continues to reject your tax return you will have to print and mail the return
