Question

I received my 20121 tax return from TPG Products SPTBG LLC for $200 less than what I was supposed to get. What is going on?

Absolute fraud. I received this update this morning after they held my refund for over a month.

If you used Refund Transfer, in this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to try contacting TPG for additional information. They are one who handles your refund if you elected to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.
