Solved

I received my federal return on Feb. 10 2017. I still haven't heard from you that it was issued. How come?

The reason you didn't hear from us about your Federal return is because once the return is accepted by the IRS we stop getting information.

The only thing we hear from the IRS is if your return is accepted or rejected.  If rejected we help you to make corrections, then resubmit, but after it's accepted TurboTax is taken out of the loop.  You are the one that submitted your taxes using our software as a guide, technically speaking you did your own taxes, we just helped, thereby you are the only one who can get information about your return, your refund, etc.
