I received my green Dot card from Intuit turbo but there's no money on it?

I claimed my taxes,I was approved and I received a turbo Intuit green Dot card but my tax money wasn't on it what do I do??

You will receive your card prior to receiving your return.

Once the IRS approves and releases your refund, then the funds will be deposited onto your card.
