Did you request to have your TurboTax fees removed from you refund? If so, the money will be directly deposited to SBTPG, which handles refund processing. After they remove your fees, the remainder of the refund would be mailed to you if that's the refund method you chose. If that is the case, you can track that process by clicking here.
