Question

I selected an advance for my return, however i have not received it even though my federal return was accepted well over an hour ago.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email within the hour to activate your temporary card. You should receive an email with instructions on how to create your online account. If you can’t find it, check your junk mail folder. The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com.

 

Once the temporary card is activated, your funds will be deposited within 48 hours.
