I sent in my taxes around the end of March for 2020, now the amounts have changed when I log back in? Has this happened to anyone else? Now its showing I paid too much

If you had unemployment income and filed before the $10,200 exclusion, TurboTax updated to reflect the corrected amount.  However, the IRS is making the corrections automatically so they will send you any overpayment.

You generally do not need to amend for Federal.

However, taxpayers would have to file an amended return if they did not originally claim the EITC or other credits, but now are eligible because the [unemployment comp] exclusion changed their income.  These taxpayers may want to review their state tax returns as well.
