I signed and forgot to check the filing jointly box. it wont let me go back to change it

If you have already filed, you won't be able to make this change unless your return is rejected. If you have not filed you can follow the steps below.

To change your filing status, try following these steps:
Login to Turbo Tax.
On the left side of the screen, click My Info.
Under My info, scroll down and click edit next to your filing status.
