Question

I started my 2019 return online, but changed my mind and did my taxes on my PC instead. How do I remove my 2019 return from the web site?

Every time I logon to the web version of TurboTax, the web site automatically drops me into the 2019 return.  There is no way to exit the return.

Why are you logging in to online TurboTax if you did not use it to file your tax return?  What are you trying to do?

 

You can clear the data out of the 2019 return you started online if you did not register or pay.
