I still have not got my tax return back, I spoke to the IRS and was informed my document wasn't signed and no ID. Does this get sent from you?

no. the IRS. only a mailed return requires signing and dating. an e-filed return generally requires the prior-year AGI - 0 if you didn't file last year but no signature or dating. if you did not sign and date your mailed return, the IRS will send you a form to sign and date which will be a substitute. how long it will take for you to get it is unknown. if you did successfully e-file and then what the agent told you it's BS.
