TurboTax does not support tax years prior to 2016.

If you need to complete and file a prior tax year, 2018 thru 2016, then you would have to purchase, download and install on a personal computer, Win or Mac, one of the prior year desktop editions for the tax year needed from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A prior year tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

A tax return filed for a tax refund for a tax year prior to 2016 will not be paid since it is beyond the 3 year limitation for receiving a tax refund.

If taxes are owed there is no time limit for filing and paying the taxes owed.

Well all those years need to be paper filed  and  any refunds from 2016 and prior are now forfeited but if you owe the penalties are adding up.

I recommend you either seek local professional assistance  or   get the forms from the IRS and state directly as the TT programs only go back to 2016 ...  https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
