I think I paid a lot of tax in 2018. How can I check and get refund (possibly)?

It depends.

 

Did you file a tax return in 2018?

 

If so, you can review your source documents against what was reported on your tax return to ensure all of your amounts were entered.  If you missed anything, you would be able to amend your return to make any corrections.

 

How to amend my return?

 

If you did not file a tax return in 2018, you can still prepare your tax return. 

 

You will need to download the software per the instructions in the attached link. 

 

Be sure you have all of your source documents so you can enter them into the program.
