Question

I thought I completed my taxes and entered my IRS payment info last week. I received an email from Turbo Tax saying my return is not filed. the 800# is no help

I need someone to help me finish this. I don't want to pay the IRS twice.
I've already paid Turbo Tax. Can someone please help me with this?
