I thought I could be claim by mother but she cannot claim me because I made over $4000

Is this going to be a problem since I thought I could be claimed?

No. Especially this year, under the new tax law. If you only had earned income and  no other kind of income (e.g. interest & dividends), your tax or refund is the same whether you are a dependent or not.  This assumes you are under age 25 (not eligible for the EIC) and have no dependents
