Question

I tried to view last years return that I filed on your website but it says there isn't one. It shows that I filed on 1/29/20. How can i view my return?

It shows on the page next to me that I did file my return on your site. But when I tried to view it, it wasn't there. I need to know my taxpayer ID number.

If you are unable to find your 2019 tax return, you may not be in the same account you used last year. Please see How many Intuit Accounts do I have with TurboTax? to determine if you may have inadvertently created an additional account.

Once you ensure that you're in the right account, please see How do I access a prior year return? for instructions on accessing your 2019 tax return.
