I updated my furnace in 2014 to natural gas. Is there a energy tax deduction I can get this year?

No.  If the furnace met the correct energy efficiency guidelines in 2014, and if you meet the other qualifications, you may be able to amend your 2014 return to claim the energy efficiency credit.  You can only claim it in the year the unit was placed in service.
