I used turbo tax last year - why didn't it save my information. I started my 2016 return and it is making me re enter all my information again

Hi there,

I'm sorry your tax info isn't showing up from last year. Sometimes this can happen if you use a different email account to log in than you used last year. First make sure that you are using the same one - if you're not sure or need help with logging into the right account you can call our help line here: https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ and they can look up which account is your primary one. 

Just as a reminder, TurboTax only carries over some core information from last year's return, so you will still need to fill out the majority of the information.
