How to add PLUS Benefits to my order after filing or paying for TurboTax
If you’ve completed your return in TurboTax Free Edition and want to add PLUS to talk to a specialist, get access to your prior year return, or something else, we’ll help you along.
Here’s how to do it:
- Sign in to your TurboTax account.
- In the upper right menu, select Help and then select Contact us.
- Type in Add PLUS Benefits and select Let's talk.
- Select Talk to a specialist, and then Get PLUS Benefits.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pay.
- Finally, go back to Help, Contact us, type in your question, and Continue.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
