Question

I've already waited a month for my tax return but my status says still being processed? How long would I have to wait?

Once the return is sent to the IRS it will be up to the IRS how long they are processing the return. You can track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site. Please see What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days? for reasons why you return might be processing longer and how to contact the IRS if needed.
