I’ve been receiving emails saying I haven’t filed, TurboTax support says I haven’t filed, but I sent them through mail & the first screen when I sign on says I have?

I sent my returns through the mail at least 2 weeks ago. I’ve received the same email twice now saying I haven’t finished and to sign in to finish but every time I sign on, the first screen says “congrats, you’ve filed your 2019 taxes!” I contacted TurboTax support and they have said that they couldn’t find any taxes filed with my information. What is going on? Am I supposed to be doing something to fix this/what is it and how do I fix it or am I just supposed to wait?

If you know that you printed and mailed your taxes yourself, just ignore the messages you are getting. I'm not sure what triggers them unless you first chose to efile your return and then later printed and mailed your return without actually changing your preference for filing.
