I’ve received my turbo prepaid visa in the mail. However, the balance on the card is $0.00. Why isn’t the refund on the visa?

The card is sent as soon as you file. The money won't be loaded until the IRS actually pays your refund.

Have you checked www.irs.gov/refunds to see when your direct deposit date is? The funds would not be on the card until the refund is released by the IRS. If your deposit date has already passed and the funds were to be deposited on your card, please call toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
