Question

I want a check mailed to me, but the program is locked up on and keeps asking for a routing number and account number.

Yes, if you have partially filled out a page, TurboTax will try to force you to finish it. 

 

You can get out of it by selecting a different section on the left-side menu. You may need to expand your screen, or select the menu icon in the upper left corner, if you don't see a left side menu.

 

Once you are out of that page, you can start back at the beginning of the File section. 
 

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
