I want to see my tax on the 1040 form. How can I see it before filing?

You can preview the 1040 by selecting:

Tax Tools, Tools, View Tax Summary
Then select the Preview my 1040 link in the black navigational panel on the left

When the 1040 form loads, scroll to line 63 to see your total tax liability. Scrolling down further to line 74 will list amounts that you have paid in (W-2's, estimated taxes, etc). Down a little further will show the amount of refund/or tax due.

This answer was not helpful as I couldn't find "View Tax Summary" or Preview my 1040 in the black navigation panel. Neither one was on my screen and nowhere to be found. I'm very discusted with Turbo Tax as I've spent all afternoon inputting my information and then not being successful with either printing or filing for FREE!
